GENERATIVE AI USE POLICY

We explicitly and permanently forbid any use, reproduction, or ingestion of content owned and/or controlled by Willmo Productions (“Willmo Content”) — including but not limited to sound recordings, compositions, stems, lyrics, metadata, artwork, videos, photographs, likenesses, brand assets, and any associated data — for the training, fine-tuning, or operation of generative artificial intelligence systems. This includes, without limitation, machine learning models, diffusion models, large language models, and any AI systems used to generate, imitate, or manipulate music, vocals, lyrics, imagery, or text.

Any attempt to copy, mine, scrape, index, or otherwise extract Willmo Content for use in AI datasets, data training pipelines, or derivative systems constitutes an unlawful act under German Urheberrechtsgesetz (UrhG) — including §16 (Reproduction Right), §23 (Adaptation and Transformation Right), and §97 (Right to Damages) — and will result in civil and criminal prosecution. Such actions also violate the EU Directive 2019/790 (Articles 3–4) concerning text and data mining, which reserves the right for rights holders to opt-out of AI data use. We have formally exercised this opt-out in all applicable jurisdictions.

All Willmo Content is registered with and represented by GEMA and associated collective management organizations, granting enforceable international protection under the Berne Convention and EU copyright enforcement directives. No license, permission, or implicit authorization is granted for the inclusion of Willmo Content in any AI training, dataset compilation, or derivative creation. Any unlicensed use will be treated as industrial-scale copyright theft.

Willmo Productions actively monitors online and offline datasets, scraping repositories, and AI model disclosures for the unauthorized inclusion or simulation of our material. Violations will be pursued aggressively, including but not limited to copyright enforcement, injunctive relief, takedown demands, damages claims, and referral for criminal prosecution under §106 UrhG (Unauthorized Exploitation).

We defend the integrity of human artistry and the exclusive moral and economic rights of our creators.
If you wish to request a lawful AI-related license or data usage agreement — don’t bother.
